The Directors, officers, employees or group companies of Big Daddy Casino or any other related parties shall not be liable directly or indirectly in any manner whatsoever if any patron at any time is infected with the Covid-19 virus or for any injury whether personal or incidental or otherwise and/or for any special, indirect, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever.

All patrons shall be solely responsible and liable for any risks pertaining to the Covid-19 virus upon entry to Big Daddy Casino.

Kids room is not accessible for 15yrs kids and above (boys only).

In the above scenarios, we can reschedule your entry to another date OR We can assist with a refund.

No refund can be processed if a guest utilizes the playing coupons offered to them as part of their package.

One-time date change is allowed to reschedule the visit for a future date with an applicable difference amount payable depending on the pricing at the time of revision.

Rescheduling or cancellation is not allowed within 24 hours of the scheduled date of visit.
